This update to Pulka! removes the Blades in the Dark elements.

The more I played, the more I felt that Blades in the Dark’s complications/setbacks weren’t a good fit for the casual vibe I was going for.

Now it’s simply low numbers bad, high numbers good. Easy!

I also changed luck back to something closer to it’s original Troika! form, trying your luck instead of avoiding bad stuff. This way it fits better with specials that let a character test luck to learn stuff, know people, etc. So how do you avoid bad stuff now? Well, you do stuff!

I also tweaked the wording here and there to make it all feel a bit more chill, and reformatted the pocket mod version to make it print out/fold nicer.
